• Some services may require additional fees from third parties

4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to our requests for documentation
• Pay fees according to the agreed schedule
• Follow travel advisories and regulations
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance

5. Fees and Payment

Consultation fees will be clearly communicated before services begin. Payment terms include:

• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
• Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Third-party costs (visas, bookings) are additional
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

Journey Advocate's liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Visa denials or processing delays
• Third-party service failures
• Changes in travel regulations or requirements
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
